叉车作为仓储货品的非人力搬运工具，广泛运用于各大车间、交通枢纽、转运中心等。由于叉车作业运载量大，因而要注意以下操作风险规避并掌握解决办法。

操作风险一：在叉车搬运作业时出现负重超荷、装卸物品摇晃不平衡和货品意外跌落伤人等现象。分析可能原因为在作业时叉车托载提升过快或转运时速度超过规定，此时遇情况急刹躲避造成车上货品跌落。亦可能是未按规定将货品与车体捆紧或所装货品与叉车叉臂装置不匹配等原因造成货品从叉架上落下。
Operational risk I: overloading, unbalanced shaking of loaded and unloaded goods, and accidental falling of goods, etc. occur during the handling operation of the forklift. The possible cause of the analysis is that the forklift lifts the load too fast during operation or the speed exceeds the regulations during transportation. In this case, the goods on the vehicle may fall due to sudden braking and avoidance. 对于此风险可按下列要点来完全解决或尽量避免：操作叉车时应力求平稳。在运送行驶前将货品码放整齐并与叉架捆紧。行车时切忌急刹急转。对于坑洼行驶路面及时平整。同时应按照相关规定流程不得超负荷装卸货品。
For this risk, the following key points can be fully addressed or avoided as much as possible: when operating a forklift, it is important to strive for stability. Before transportation, stack the goods neatly and tie them tightly with the forks. When driving, avoid sudden braking and turning. Timely level the road surface when driving in potholes. At the same time, it is necessary to follow the relevant procedures and not overload the loading and unloading of goods.
操作风险二：当叉架上荷载过重会引起车尾翘起，此时让人员站在叉车一端利用体重充当平衡配重，结果在提升货品时车尾突然上翘致使人员跌伤。引起此意外的可能是叉车超负荷运载或人员站立位置没有保护措施。
Operational risk II: When the load on the fork rack is too heavy, the rear of the truck will be warped. At this time, let people stand at one end of the forklift and use their weight as balance weights. As a result, when lifting goods, the rear of the truck will suddenly be warped, causing personal injuries. The possible cause of this accident may be the overload of the forklift or the lack of protective measures for personnel standing in position.
要避免此类意外应加强叉车员的安全教育，严禁除操作员外任何人乘坐站立在叉车上。并且按规定不得超荷运载。
To avoid such accidents, safety education for forklift operators should be strengthened, and it is strictly prohibited for anyone other than the operator to ride and stand on the forklift. And according to regulations, overloading is not allowed.
操作风险三：叉车行驶时出现侧边翻倒致人员设备损伤。原因可能为叉车荷载时在斜坡上斜向行驶或转弯。或是叉车转弯速度过快。
Operational risk III: personnel and equipment damage caused by side overturning when the forklift is running. The reason may be that the forklift is driving diagonally or turning on a slope when loaded. Or the forklift turns too fast.
因而要求驾驶者低速行车，避免在软质地面叉车作业，同时在负载时切忌急转急刹。
